Yes, due to high demand, a 50% deposit is required to secure your cleaning service appointment. This deposit is also applied towards your final bill.
Lunar Cleaning Services offers weekly, bi-weekly and one time cleaning services. During our initial contact we will assess your needs and discuss which rotation is best for you.
As long as our cleaners are able to let us enter the home/space, you are free to go about your day! However, if it makes you comfortable to stay as we work, it's no problem. Our employees are friendly and trustworthy.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, we ask that you give us a 48 hour notice .Otherwise there will be a $50.00 charge for no notice cancellation.
You can pay via check, ( Made payable to Lunar Cleaning Services) or with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Lunar Cleaning Services offers a 100% Happiness Guarantee Policy on our cleanings. If something is not up to standard, let us know within 24 hours and we will return no later than 3 days to re-clean for free.
We service all of Hennepin County, Ramsey County, Dakota County, Anoka County, Washington County, Scott County, Wright County, Carver County, Sherburne County, and Isanti County.
In order to provide the best cleaning experience possible, we need time to prepare our cleaners to ensure that they are fully-equipped for the job. For this reason, we ask our customers to give us at least 24 hours before canceling an appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, will incur a $50 charge.
Tipping is not required but is certainly appreciated by our cleaners.
There are some things that we can’t do… mainly because it could result in injury and we want our teams to be safe!

For our one-time house cleaning clients, the answer is yes. If you are a repeat service, we arrive at the first home between 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Generally, the second house cleaning we schedule is between 08:00 AM and 04:00 PM arrival. Our strength is quality, our weakness is speed. Our crews take their time as a result, we are slow.

Cleaning was great
Cleaning was ok
Cleaning wasn't good
Please take the time to give us feedback, whether good or bad quickly. We use this feedback for ongoing service improvement purposes.
This fee includes the cost of cleaning materials and the cost of traveling to your home.
